Great stay, especially for the value. Rooms are immaculate, amenities are superb. Great hosts that will go above and beyond to get you what you need. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Very much enjoyed my stay here.

The house was gorgeous and made the place feel exactly like home. I love that the house was on the a trail with a view. Clean and very safe neighborhood. And the coffee bar was amazing! They even provided free streaming services. If you're looking for a place that feel more like home this the place to be. Well worth the money and definitely going to stay here again!

My stay in the Tumbleweed Rm was very comfortable; everything was beyond my standards. They make you feel right at home. I loved the attention to all the details like the coffee bar, toiletries, pillows, cooking utensils etc. The cleanliness was most impressive....cleanest place I EVER stayed in! The manager is easy to get in touch with if you need something, understanding and accommodating. Thank you for the great stay. I would definitely stay here again or recommend it to a friend.

The place was the best I’ve ever had as travel nurse! It was very clean and pretty, looked even better than the photos! I loved living in a new-construction home with new appliances and furniture. The host is also very kind and caring, I would give a 200 out of 100 to him! He was very accommodating and responsive to my needs during my stay, especially since I worked Night Shift! The bed and linens were also great quality. The home decor & design was tasteful and modern, and the amenities made for a awesome experience. The other roommates I had were also very kind and respectful of others. I would definitely recommend booking this place, especially if you are a healthcare professional too!

I have never witnessed such immaculate hospitality in a long-term stay facility in my life. As a experienced travel, nurse that has stayed in various environments, I would have to say this is by far the best experience Ive ever had. This is my first shared space experience as well, so I am pretty impressed and I am open to the idea of doing it again because of the management of this property. The host is extremely responsive and accommodating to your concerns. The house is very spacious, and all basic needs are taken care of by management, including cleaning and replacement of supplies. Everything is organized and all supplies are in brand new condition. I would recommend this place to anyone!

My stay was from mid May to mid August. I stayed in the tumbleweed room and shared a bathroom. The home is located in a desirable area of Merced. The subdivision is new and have a nature walking trail just steps from the house. This place comes with everything you will need to live comfortably during your stay. The home is stocked with laundry supplies, cleaning supplies, and all the cookware and utensils. I really enjoyed the large smart TV in my room with several included subscriptions to watch during my free time. I also appreciated the small details that the host left as a welcome gift, and the binder that answers all the questions you may have. If not the host is very responsive. The WiFi is strong and I never had any issues streaming the smart TV or using my laptop. The home felt very safe. Cameras are located around the property and every guest has their own pin to enter the home, rooms, and shared bathroom with a key fob as well. I cannot think of anything that could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at the property. Everything was always extremely clean, very hygienic. They provide all the essentials you might need and then some they are very helpful whenever you have any questions. They also provide you with a booklet of instructions and places nearby that you could check out for some fun and yummy food. They are always a quick text or phone call away, very friendly, very professional. I would gladly stay at this property whenever I am back in town. The Place is extremely well kept inside and out, the neighborhood is gorgeous and very close to downtown where you can find restaurants, etc.. I highly, highly recommend.
