4. No Parties or Excessive Noise: Please be mindful of noise levels and respect your fellow traveling professionals. Quiet hours are especially important for those with early shifts or night schedules.

5. Keep Common Areas Tidy: Clean up after yourself in shared spaces, including the kitchen. Wash your pots, pans, and dishes immediately after use to maintain a welcoming environment for everyone.

6. Respect Work Schedules: Many of our guests are here for work assignments. Be considerate of day sleepers and others with demanding schedules.

7. No Pets: To accommodate all guests, including those with allergies, pets are not allowed.

8. No Smoking, Vaping, or Burning Incense: For the health and comfort of everyone, smoking, vaping, and burning incense or plug-ins are not permitted in the house.

9. No Illegal Drug Use: Illegal substances are strictly prohibited on the property.

10. Monthly Housekeeping: Housekeeping services are provided monthly for common areas only. Guests are responsible for cleaning their own rooms and washing their dishes after each use.
